F.P.I. Project: the thirtieth anniversary of “Rich in Paradise (Going Back to My Roots)”. F.P.I. Project announces the reissue of their “debut album ‘Rich in Paradise’, originally released in 1991 and available again from Friday, July 16th in LP format and on all digital platforms. The” album brought them success throughout Europe, establishing them forever as one of the most popular Italo house groups of the first half of the “90s. The first single ‘Rich in Paradise’, a rearrangement of a 1977 Lamont Dozier track titled ‘Going Back to My Roots’, entered the TOP10 in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The 1991 single ‘Everybody (All Over the World)’ entered the Top-20-Hit of the Billboard-Dance-Charts and appeared in the UK Single Chart.
F.P.I. is the” acronym of their surnames: Fratty, Presti and Intrallazzi. The three DJs from Bergamo continue in their career and to celebrate their 30th anniversary they proudly present the vinyl, in a collector’s edition, which reaffirms the central role of dance music as a common thread that through time, embraces and unites different generations.
