Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 working days from the receipt of the products, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us via email at info@j-e.com, providing the following information:

• Order number
• Product(s) to be returned
• Reason for the return (optional)

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned intact and complete, including original packaging, any accessories, and certificates.
• Vinyl records must be undamaged and unplayed (for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vinyl records may not be accepted).
• The customer is responsible for the return shipment and related costs, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Procedure

1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving the products to communicate your intention to withdraw.
2. You will receive instructions on how to return the items.
3. Once we receive the returned products and verify their condition, we will proceed with the refund.

Refund

• The refund will be processed within 14 working days from the receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.
• In the case of partial returns, the refund will apply only to the products returned.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal

Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, including:

• Customized or made-to-order items
• Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and that have been opened
